I was always interested in photography, but never managed to pick up a real camera until a safari in Tanzania beckoned.  Four thousand exposures later, I was hooked.

When I don't have a camera in my hand, I can be found teaching law students about things that blow up - and the people who pay for that.

My wife and I live in Philadelphia.  You should see the pictures Rachel gets with her iPhone. Our dog Bernie and beautiful daughter Madeleine are frequent, and occasionally cooperative, subjects.

Speaking of iPhones, this site looks a lot more interesting if you rotate your phone sideways.
